Quiz player boxes get a lot of wear-and-tear.
These boxes last a long time, but they may eventually need service.
Repair … much less expensive than replacing the box!
To keep your system’s cost-of-ownership as low as possible, we offer a repair service for your ECM-400 black boxes. Price includes replacement of all worn parts.

IMPORTANT We cannot repair boxes from other companies. We can only repair ours. Call with any questions!
What’s Included
Our service is comprehensive.
We replace all worn and malfunctioning parts (buttons, connectors, lights, no-skid feet).
What’s Not Included?
If the plastic box is cracked, a replacement box is not included with this service.
CORDS are not included.
If you need a replacement cord, click on the picture for ordering information.
Instructions
STEP 1: HOW MANY BOXES?
Determine the number of boxes you want to repair.
Suggestion: Make Sure the cord you’re using to test the boxes is not intermittent.
STEP 2: PAYMENT METHOD
Two Different Ways to Pay
1- Using A Credit Card:
At the top of this page, specify the number of boxes you’ll be returning.
Then process your order.
2 – Using A Purchase Order:
If so, please see note at bottom of this page.
STEP 3: SENDING BOXES
Send your boxes to us with a printout of this order!
VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!
Pack the boxes you’re returning tightly so they don’t rattle around in the package.
Suggestion: put a rubber-band around every 2 or 3 boxes to keep
them from smashing into each other during transit.
SHIPPING: we recommend
♦ Postal 1st-class parcel (less than 13 oz)
♦ Postal Priority (for packages less than 5 pounds)
♦ UPS (or FedEx) Ground (for larger packages)

Special note for Purchase Orders
If you are using a school purchase order, do NOT place the order on-line.
For POs, all you need to do is include the PO paperwork in the box with your your worn-out buttons.
We will bill your school when we send the repaired buttons back to you.
