Adding players to a vintage chain-link system is very doable, but it’s not as simple as we’d like.
The player box(es) we send you need to be configured to be compatible with the system with which it will be used.
Rather than read complicated instructions on this web page, it is MUCH EASIER to call (or email) so that we can discuss the purchase of a chain-link player box.
So … PLEASE CALL!! We will have a few questions, and if you decide to purchase, you can come back to this page and place your order.
Background
Our Chain-Link lockout system was manufactured between 1994 an 2019.
Many of these systems are still in-use, and they have a reputation for lasting a very long time.
They are worth maintaining, and depending on your needs, may be worth adding additional teams and/or players.

We replaced our Chain-Link system with a product we call the “LINE-UP”.
The Line-Up system has the popular features of our earlier system, but with improved reliability and durability (all at the same price as the older system!).

Compatibility
These player boxes require a control box to operate (see below). and they’re compatible with 2- and 4-team “Deluxe” Control consoles.
Models SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, SC-500
They are NOT compatible with any other quiz lockout controllers.
