Returning your Order
We’re sorry you want to return your order.
If it just doesn’t meet your needs, that’s perfectly fine! We want our customers to be happy with their purchase. We would really appreciate it if you’d let us know why you need to return it … for example, if there was something misleading on our website, please let us know.
A common question:
Is it too late to return my order?
You have 15 days from the day you received your order to decide if the product is right for you. If it’s not what you needed, contact us during those 15 days.
IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT, PLEASE CALL AND WE CAN DISCUSS AN EXCHANGE!
An exchange is usually very straight forward — and best of all, no fees!

STEP ONE: CONTACT US
Notify NED within 15 days. Notify us of your intent to return a product within 15 calendar days from the day the product was delivered to your address. Sale is considered final if notification has not been received during the first 15 days.
When you notify us, we will give you a quotation for a pre-paid shipping label; tell us which method you’ll use to return your order (shipping options are described in step 2). We will also give you an idea of how much your total refund will be.
Please return promptly!
Returned product must arrive within 30 days. We must receive the product within 30 calendar days from the date product was delivered to your shipping address. No returns will be accepted after the 30th day. Sale is final and no refund can be issued.
STEP 2: RETURN PRODUCT TO US

We must receive the product within 30 calendar days from the date product was delivered to your shipping address. No returns will be accepted after the 30th day. At that point, we assume you’ve decided to keep the product and sale is final.
Pack the product and prepare the box.
Pack your order in the original packaging. Include copy of your receipt (or packing list) so that we know who the return is from. If the box doesn’t rattle when you shake it, it’s packed securely.
Tape the box closed. Remove any stickers, barcodes, etc, that were on the box during its original shipment.
Select Shipping Method:
OPTION 1: HAVE US SEND YOU A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL
This is the easiest and safest option. We will email a return label that you can print, cut out, and tape to the box you’re returning. The actual cost of the mailing label will be subtracted from your refund (we will give you a quotation when you contact us about the return).
OPTION 2: SHIP IT YOURSELF
Ship the product to us at the address listed at this link: our address .
Select a carrier that has a tracking number (this will serve as your proof-of-return). Shipping insurance is recommended but not required.
STEP 3: PRODUCT RECEIVED BY NED – REFUND ISSUED
When we receive the product, we will verify that all parts are present and in like-new condition. Missing, defaced, or damaged parts will be accounted for in the refund.
Fees may include:
Restock fee (up to 15% of the product’s price)
Pre-Paid Shipping Label (if applicable)
Missing Parts (if applicable)
Damaged/Defaced Parts (if applicable)
Note: shipping and handling fees (that you were charged when you placed your order) are not refundable.
Note: If you were charged sales tax, your sales tax will be refunded.
We will issue a refund to your credit card.
We will update your receipt to show the return, refund, and any associated fees associated with the return. We will email a copy of your revised receipt to you.
